I have a C300 C from 2020 and it is similar in that it doesn't have the trackpad, just the control wheel. This was really helpful since I bought mine off lease and the dealer showed me nothing. Mine doesn't have LTE or Navigation (although I have the button for it) and according to the concierge, if it wasn't installed from factory, you can't get it. Seems like it would be a quick software upgrade to me.
