I have been diagnosed with MSA-C 4 years ago, and even when at stand 🧍‍♂️ position I feel dizzy I have not orthostatic hypotension ... which could be the cause ??? Thank you very much for the information

Are you still able to walk on your own with out came or Walker ? Do you have breathing problems and sweating/fatigue ? So your heart doesn’t race when you are standing ?
