I have an 05. It’s used hard with 316k miles. It’s truly hideous because I live in Florida so the entire truck is “patina”. The seats are all ripped. It runs perfectly, smoothly straight and clean. It started to sputter a bit so, I clobbered the ECM with a rubber mallet. She’s good to go again. I love everything about this truck.

As a 2021 pro4x owner I agree with all your comments. Especially since my wife is about 5 foot tall haha - good thing she always falls asleep on long drives. Love my truck the good definitely outweighs the bad. The 1st gear shifting thing was very annoying at first - specifically at the stop like you mentioned - but the trade off is all the high gear shiftings are very smooth - never hunts for gears. Also it got ALOT better with the ECU / TCU updates.

Be careful on your payload. Your camper tongue weight and topper weigh about 1,000 pounds. Remember that the tow capacity was determined with an empty truck and driver. If you max out your GVWR on the truck, subtract that number from the GCWVR and you have your towing capacity. It's easy to overload a half ton truck. You have to be careful on the numbers. Good Luck and thanks for the video.

I Love my 2024. I was upset to hear this was the last year. I’ve always had Nissan trucks and they are very reliable. The rough downshift that jerks you is an inherent issue in the pro4x only. The SV models don’t do that. It is the spline in the rear end resetting as the truck comes to a stop and levels. You can drop the axle and pack it with great but it will eventually return. It is not a transmission issue. 0:02

And Im 3 more exhaust system in considering Im in the rustbelt, but always sounded great. Just wondering if thats more of stock newer Pro 4X type of a situation. "lack of HP" he says... 400HP is a lack of power? People today have unrealistic expectations. 17MPG while doing 80mph... AGAIN, unrealistic expectations. Drop it down to a reasonable 60mph and you'll see At Least 21mpg.

Can’t drop it down to a reasonable mph of 60-interstate speed limit is 70 😂 I also gave the caveat in the video that it was 70+ so expectations have to be reasonable. I also stated that I’ve gotten 23+ on the highway at lower speeds. I swear people don’t actually watch videos or listen. The “lack of power” was a general statement about Nissan/Infiniti and how they handle it compared to other cars in the class-the produce high revving engines with short first gears. 400hp is the rating, but the Titan makes far less than that, by the way.

@@hugogonzalez3610 Because of health issues I drive three hours from Ocala to Jacksonville Mayo Clinic every week. That’s why I own it. I love the old one, but there’s lots of woods between Ocala and Jacksonville.
