WOW! This thing is insanely FAST! That test drive section had my adrenaline running, and I am just here sitting in my office chair! lol! That burble, pop, and crack is absolute music to my ears... Great work with this review of the 911 992 Turbo S, Nate! I admire how you went in great detail to describe the exterior/interior styling variations. I agree! The body-colored elements on that rear grille look stellar! Also, I'd totally spec for a full body-colored rear bumper too! That diffuser would probably look more sporty with a blacked-out catamaran line design element, but I think the all-silver really emphasizes the large exhaust pipes and the chrome finish on them! I find it quite fascinating how Porsches are like art masterpieces. The designs are timeless, yet every single one I see has its own unique flair (thanks to the level of customization offered). Again, very well done review, Nate. Your commentary was very spot-on! Looking forward to your upcoming reviews, man.

Put it in sport mode (not sport plus), turn on boost, and launch. 0-60 in 2.2.

The reason why I didn’t launch it is because this car has under 1000 miles on it and Porsche recommends to not go all out until the engine has over 1000 miles on it. Also, may I ask why you say to put in sport mode rather sport plus? I’ve been told that sport plus and the 20 second boost are the optimal settings for performance testing. I will be doing another video using dragy in a few weeks to test this cars performance numbers and I’ll make sure to try it in sport mode and see what happens !

Besides the wing, I’m not a fan of the sport package design. Awesome car bar none.

Understandable. However, the bigger wing is only available via the sport design package, so you’re stuck with the rest of the extras if you want the bigger wing.

Great review - did this example have the Sport PASM (-10mm) suspension? Can you comment on the drive firmness and comfort?

Thanks! And no this spec does not have the PASM, however the ride quality is very comfortable and practical. Steering is tight and at low speeds can take a lot of input to steer the car, but in normal mode it feels just as comfy as any other car 👍🏻

Yes it does, there is a mode to make the suspension soft or hard

Other than power output, what are main differences between the 911 Turbo and Turbo S? Seems like you get more bang for your buck with the Turbo.

In the Turbo S you get many options that are “free” such as carbon ceramic brakes, PDCC, PDLS+ headlights etc. It certainly does seem that the turbo is more “bang for your buck”, however the turbo S is noticeably quicker and comes with more standard options for “free”.
