16:09 sir I've not given upsc this year but I'm preparing for 2022. Sir I'm sry but I think answer of question 8 is (d)neither because there is a difference between *reserved seats* and *separate electorates* . GOI 1935 granted women separate electorate but that was not reservation. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm very confuse in this question Reservation mean that eligible person can vote for any women candidate whereas separate electorates implies that only eligible women voters can vote for any women candidate. Please clarify
