You might want to remove those stamped clips that thread on to hold the brake discs on. AEV might have hollows for them like the stock wheels do but I know some aftermarket wheels can have issues if those aren't removed.

Thanks for the feedback, luckily the AEV wheels have a bevel to accommodate for the clips. It definitely is overlooked on a lot of new wheel installs.

Very clean truck! Did you level or lift it before you put those 35s on? I noticed the shock color didn't look stock.

No lift or level. Those shocks are from the factory off-road package

Thanks! I used duplicolor bronze wheel paint. Than used a matte finish 2k clear coat. still holding up great

They're a +27mm. They fit just right in the fenders.

Is the brake caliper clearance a problem when running 17s? Looks awesome btw.

Thanks man! No clearance issues with the wheels themselves. The stick on style wheel weights rubbed the tiniest bit on the front. Rear had no issues. I put low profile weights on the front and when I rotate the tires I'm going to put them on the rear set as well.

I Really Hate TPMS Sensors!! Give Me a Tire Pressure Gauge any day… Because when these F*&king sensors go out ( and they will go out ) they’re a pain to replace…🤦🏻‍♂️ BTW Awesome Truck, I just ordered a 2022 Ram 2500 Power Wagon in that exact Color..👍🏻

I bought the silver ones and painted them. It does look like CJC used to sell a bronze version of the Salta but aside from that I'm not sure it was ever offered.

have you tried to see if that rim and tire setup will fit in the factory spare tire location. I"m thinking about the AEV rims with 35's as well but want to make sure I don't have to carry a spare in the bed

I have not tried with this wheel and tire. But I have heard of people putting a 35 on the OEM spare tire rim and fitting it.

I only had about 500 miles before I pulled the stock tires off, the truck was still breaking in so it was hard to know. I average 13 around town. 19 Highway

@@nunyobizkneez no prob! Good choice on the wheels! I have yet to try them in the snow, though I hear great things. But in the wet they are awesome so far. Much better than the BFG ko2s I ran on last ram 2500.
