What rotors and brake lines are you running up front? I just replaced my buckhorns with mid rise bars and need a shorter brake line set up.

What's the advantage of the twin tec over a thunderheart? I've done my fair share of twin cam fxr builds and never had any issue with thunderheart the canned ignition curve works fine with 96 and 103 twin cams.

I have 2 of these and 1 came with a Chinese carb that I can't get right. Starts and idle perfectly, but give it throttle and it sputter and dies.

I had a harley with a china knock off mikuni carb. I never got it to run well, a rebuild mikuni solved all the problems.

People forget that it didn’t take 500hp to do the same work trucks do today, 30 years ago. Nothing beats hearing them injectors rattle and that turbo spoolin. Awesome truck.

The difference is when this truck was built, there was a 55 MPH nationwide speed limit (some exceptions to 65). Today, you got 70-75 in cities. Same thing in Europe today, the EU requires anybody towing to have a 90 kph/55 MPH limit (80 kph/49 MPH in some countries) which is why they tow RVs with a midsize sedan.

Uneducated answer, don't do that to yourself. read the description, or Look at the model numbers and do the research. All the specs are readily available online. Kubota L4630 (3815#), LA853 front loader with bucket(1150# & 320#) and BH90 backhoe(2350#) weight a combined weight of 7600 lbs. Big tex dm10 Trailer weight of 2630 lbs.

I've been working on tuning it with an AFR gauge. Its not as lean as most people think. 13.5 at WOT. I've gotten it to 12.5 WOT now
