Thanks for sharing Joe. Way to have your priorities straight and congrats on all the new business opportunities! Quick question about which PLA you use. Which PLA helped correct the 3d printing issues you mentioned in your studio tour video? I accidentally started a print farm with a pottery product that got traction. Now i have a small fleet of Enders but man they break a lot! I've put a ton of mods on them but I'm wondering if some of my issues are as simple as better filament? Can you give me a filament recommendation? Thanks brother. You have a beautiful family. -mj

Thanks for reaching out MJ and for your kind comment. When you say break a lot is that your prints or your printers? If printers, what breaks? I’ve had really great success with Overture brand on Amazon. My issue is that PLA will warp in the sun as it sits on someone’s door step in the summer months so I had to switch to PETG. It’s more stringy but it will flex instead of break and much more heat resistant. It’s should be fine for the cookie cutters you’re making. Feel free to reply via email. I can also email you my Cura slicer settings too to see if that helps. joe@martinsonmanufacturing.com

Why did you stop selling on amazon?
@MartinsonManufacturing3 жыл бұрын
Amazon has incredibly strict policies and will suspend your listings on the first offense. I felt like I didn’t have control over my own business.

@@MartinsonManufacturing Ah gotcha. I use them and they lost a shipment I sent to them and it was frustrating because I was just out the product I sent and there was nothing I could do.

Ah man, that sucks. Amazon FBA is pretty incredible if you have no issues. I wouldn’t be where I am today without it. After 18 months however, I just started running into issues one after another and I didn’t like the idea of not being in control so I left. My sales dropped like crazy so I’m trying to recover now and build it back up again.
