I broke both my rear axles at the same time, looked just like yours. Mine is a 2021 sportsman 570. My machine is 100% stock and I wasn’t riding hard at all but both rear axles made a loud pop and I was front wheel drive only. The manufacturer engineers said it was a torque spike and not warrantable but good willed me 2 axles anyway. However my confidence in the machine has been severely lowered.
@THEWORX993 жыл бұрын
Yeah. I've got a bad front one. I just dont trust the wheeler to not strand me. I replaced them with eastlakes. Haven't had the issue with the rear breaking again.

Im running the epi HD springs, 2” HL lift kit and 30” bkt’s on my 570. Cv angles are horrendous. Almost 2k miles on the machine now and still running the original stock axles lol. Not sure If the guy working the factory who made my axles was feeling like a hero that day or what but they just keep on trucking. My ol lady had a cv go bad on her 450 and we replaced it with a stock axle off my buddies 2020 570 and you can tell at least the axle shaft is thicker than the previous models. Thought Polaris finally upgraded these axles on the new ones but I guess not sounds like people are still having problems
@THEWORX992 жыл бұрын
Yeah we've gone threw several stock axles got tired of it being at the dealer, so I just keep the stocks and put them in if I need them I. The future, so for now the thicker east lakes have not failed me!
@CH-qy5sn2 жыл бұрын
@@THEWORX99 yeah the east lakes are far better. Especially for the price. That’s what my buddy with the 2020 switched to after he grenaded his stock axle. He’s running 28” mudda inlaws with a 2” lift and he hasn’t had any issues since putting them in. I’ve had 2 brand new east lakes sitting in the atv trailer for over a year now expecting the stocks to break any day but they just keep on going lol.

I have a 2021 sportsman trail too, and Polaris has replaced the front diff 3 times under warranty due to the active hill decent control not working. Is anyone else having issues with their ADC system? At this point I'm ready to have them buy it back.

I've had my active decent control issues on my 2021 sportsman 570 trail. do to the speed sensor connectors having corrosion. It won't always throw a code so it's hard to determine the issue. I cleaned mine and sealed it with dylectric grease. Fixed alot of issues
