I think this is the first Indian channel to test more than the acceleration. Brakes and ESP inclusion was a good thing. A small suggestion would be to also mention the braking distance.

Safari should have an option of a low range gear box. Duster AWD is gone, Thar goes to different league all together else we gotta stretch our budget to 40 lac range for a full size complete SUV. TATA motors should give a thaught here! Thanks MOTOBEAM

Hi akul! I'm an 18 year old who has experienced tata cars especially safari dicor and indica. Telling about the safari, my dad bought it in 2007 and he's still maintaining it. The comfort safari offers is simply majestic! I drive the Dicor daily and the older ones are kind of like trucks, but newer ones are well refined. As I would suggest you should go for the safari! That SUV looks so sophisticated!

Finally someone testign as it should be.. Please test with rated capacity or 75% of it. Many times have I seen load making a decent handling car getting worse and unbearable. A personal experience is i20 Diesel (not present one or elite, first one with DRL).. Put two passengers and 1 or 2 bags in back and it's vomit inducing horror. I thought it was my cousin's car's issue. But after one jarring trip to Bangalore, I was asked by a relative did rear passengers vomit. And then checked it experience of many.

The seats in 3rd row is really good.. when u say a full sized adult it's not 6ft and above as The average size in India is 5ft.7 - 5ft.8. so U were oversized that's why u felt 3rd row is not for adults but inrealty it's good adults of 5ft9in or even for 5ft10in. Taller adults with slightly over build size might face difficulty in sitting for a long trip.
