A sunroof makes sense in regions with colder climates. With the excruciating heat in several parts of the country and not to mention, levels of pollution, a sunroof isn't exactly a top priority. Still, people want what they want. What the Fortuner desperately needs, is an interior re-design and improved ride quality.

The old-school parking brake and the interior are meant to last long rather than being eye-catching. But, that solely, is my opinion. I have loved the fortuner (baby PRADO) ever since it was launched in India.

I do have a 2016 Fortuner 4X4 AT, though I believe Legender is way too overpriced while not offering many features which much lower priced and smaller SUVs/cars.. It's a bit too much to command for Toyota badge but guess thats how it works.

Toyota.. fortuner especially is more of a straight shooter! They know what features are important and reliable (10 years future proof guarantee) and they already got the target buyers who expect the same ! A 360 degree parking camera is one thing i feel is really important nowadays .. which is a bummer in this !!
