Thank you for your video. It helped me fix my USB CarPlay port connection. I scatched the dirt with my finger nail and cleaned it with alcohol. I can now use CarPLay. Thanks AGAIN!

This worked for me. Only thing I did different was use 91% rubbing alcohol for cleaning, but your video was very helpful. Love the van but that was a bad design choice by Ford with the ports right under the drink holders!

I just knocked over a cup of green tea right into the usb ports.Horrible design on Ford’s part to put drink holders right next to friggin usb ports.
