Hi. How Rapid Bike work considering stock maps in the ECU (rain, raider, sport...) ? Is each map going to be auto adapt during normal use? Or do we have only one map overwritten by Rapid Bike that being adapt?

Hey there. So from the way I understand it. When you switch between different ride modes it only adjust the throttle percentage. For example is you are in rain then you will need to twist the throttle more to get the same output. Where sport would be a more 1 to 1 ratio of throttle movement to throttle body valve movement. But yes any change you make to the bike like different exhaust, air filter or massive change in elevation the rapid bike will adjust accordingly.

Hey I had to use a translation app to reply to this. You will have to find out which cylinder is number 1 and number 2 and hook the rapid bike evo up to the corresponding injector. What bike are you installing it on.

I'm assembling the ECU on a Benelli trk 502 and its injector placed on the left there is the number 2 which marks the cable therefore the instructions of the ECU at this point confuse me because they say to assemble the harness number 1 on the left...

Humm. The cylinders are usually number 1 on the left side. Left to right. I would definitely contact [e-mail] to make sure. You don’t want to hook up the injectors in the wrong

Good video man! Have a question for you since it’s a 2021 do you remember which harness code you installed? I have a 22 R and the instruction manual says not to install the gear sensor with F27-ER-150 and to only hook those up if you have a 19-20 Daytona or 17-19 ST.

Hi, I have a question for you regarding the Rapid Bike Evo, is this engine error on the TFT display related to the connection of the Rapid Bike Evo module? I'm asking because I also installed it in TRIUMPH STREET TRIPLE RS 2022 and the engine error also appeared on the display and I don't know if it's normal or maybe I have something wrongly connected. And a tip for everyone who has a problem with the crank sensor. Ask a 9-year-old to put his little hands in there and connect those cubes for $20😂😂. For me, after 90 minutes of torture, it passed the test within 3 minutes🤪

Hey there. So there error on the TFT is there because we don’t take the bike in to get serviced at a shop. So it just the maintenance reminder that we can’t reset without taking into dealership. I’m very happy that the video helped you out. It was definitely not the easiest install.

Thanks for the upload it helped a lot with the crank sensor. But after the first couple rides on cold starts it has stalled a couple times but after it gets any rise in temp it seems fine. Idle seems low too.. have you had similar problems?

I’m glad the upload helped you out. That crank position sensor was a nightmare to get at. The bike has been running great since installing. No low idle and the throttle is really smooth now. Did you change the base map at all. When they ship the unit to you they will have the base map for your year and model pre installed on the module. In the software use the digital gauges to make sure that your throttle position is being sentenced and your gear position is working. Bike doesn’t need to be running. When the bike is running you should see the O2 gauge changing colour after it heat cycles after a few seconds and you should also be able to see the bike RPM. If you don’t see these gauges moving then you might have a connection lose. I’m going to make a video on the software soon just to show it work. I’m not a tuner so my knowledge is very limited to that side of things.

Nice my girlfriends bike is 765 with 3/4 system. The first cat is still in the stock headers. She didn’t do the headers. Maybe the module on yours just need to learn more. How many KMs have you put on since installing.

Ya then you take the bike to a dyno and find that the air fuel ratio is off and the bike runs like shit.

Ya did the slip on that connects to the stock headers. Ya the bike ran like garbage after we installed it. Choppy throttle and boggy or lose of power down low. Rapid Bike Evo fixed it right up.

Honestly you never know how it’s going to be until you try. My girlfriends last bike we did a full system Leo on her CB650R and the bike ran perfectly after installing the exhaust. You will definitely know the first time you ride it if it needs a tune. Happy New Year 🥳

Hey there. When I installed it the bike started right up the first time no issues. Since having it on the bike has its power down low again and is running much smoother. It’s takes a good 1000 kms before we started to notice the difference. It feels like a stock bike again. I’m guessing you might have mixed up one of the connectors. You can us the software to determine if you throttle position wire is connected properly and your gear position sensor is working properly. I will be doing a video on the software soon. Might film it tonight.

I also wrote to dimsport and I'm waiting for an answer, in the meantime I've left everything disassembled because it's better this way since it's a big mess to assemble and disassemble ....🤦 I would greatly appreciate your future software video if you could do that! 👍🏻💪

Thank you. I was surprised when the bike turn on right away. I was sure I messed something up. Ya leaving it apart might be a good idea. It’s definitely a pain to take apart and put back together. I will definitely make the video. I’m not a tuner so I have limited understanding of the software but can show a few things.
