What about people that filed 8915-E for disaster distribution from 401K to spread the tax burden over 3 years? Is there something special I will need to do this year (year 2) or will the IRS automatically add that tax in?

Good morning gentleman; I sent both PPP1 and PPP2 for forgiveness requests! I received a response for PPP1 request was accepted for forgiveness but I have not received any response yet about the PPP2 request ? it has been sent out for more than three months now . Any advice please

Are clients with ITIN's able to create a portal account? I had clients not able to create an account due to having an ITIN.

If you 70 years old do you get income taxes credit

Hi, I had zero income in 2021 and 2 kids. I would like to receive the rest of the child tax credit. With no W-2, do I fill out the 1040 or 8812 and just put zeros on all the lines or is there a special form for non filers, or people with no income, just trying to get the rest of the advanced child tax credit. Hello, I'm 24 and not working currently or in college anymore (graduated in 2020). Can my parents claim me as a qualifying relative or a qualifying child on their taxes for 2021 tax return?

It depends. You don't meet the Age test for QC b/c you're over 19 and not a full time student at 24. You're parents might be able to claim you as a QR if your gross income is under $4,300 for the year and your parents must provide more than half of your total support for the year. The Other Dependent Credit is $500 non-refundable.
