Best drivers to try in order of recommendation: 1. Cobra Radspeed 2. Ping G425 3. Titleist TSi3 Cobra has done great things with their drivers and this year's model is the best driver out right now. Hybrids to try: 1. Taylormade Sim2 Rescue 2. Callaway Apex pro hybrid 3. Taylormade Sim2 Max rescue These are all great hybrids, but the Sim2 Rescue is the best hybrid I have ever hit by a very good margin. No numbers to back it up, just feels fantastic, looks great, and feels great. Irons to try: 1. Titleist 620 MB 2. Taylormade P7-MB 3. Mizuno MP-20s You are an excellent player so you need some good workable blades, these are the best out right now. Driving irons to try: 1. Titleist U500 utility iron 2. Taylormade Sim UDI 3. Ping G425 crossover Driving irons are pretty subjective. Something to note, the taylormade iron is EXTREMELY long for a driving iron. No idea why, just goes farther than the others listed. I put it at 2 because that can be a positive or negative whichever way you look at it. Wedges to try: 1. Titleist SM8 2. Cleveland RTX-Zipcore 3. Callaway Jaws or PM grind I recommend SM8's because they are most similar to what you currently have, they are very customizable and very well made. I also recommend giving the bridgestone golf balls a try, either the tour b XS or X, both are fantastic golf balls. Two things: 1) Would love to see videos of your club selection and fitting process. 2) Please make a video on your bunker play. Your bunker play is on point and everyone addresses bunks, strike, club selection and technique differently. I would like to see your thought process through multiple bunker scenarios. Personally I like bunkers and am rarely decent out of them but always room for more improvement. Thanks for the content Zac, always look forward to it!

I've just got Taylormade P7MC irons delivered Zac. Project x Lz 6.0 shaft and Golf Pride MCC Plus 4 grips. Sim2 Driver going in the bag with a Hazardous Smoke RDX shaft. I'm using the Cobra utility 2 iron at the moment but I'm probably going to game a 18 degree Sim2 hybrid. A Titanium Sim2 Fairway wood probably the 5 wood set to 16 degrees will find it's way in the bag. I've got a 1 year old Spider x putter which is counter balanced which is going nowhere and i use a 50/56/62 degree vokey sm7 wedges all with 8 degrees of bounce M and F grinds. I may get new Taylormade high brushed steel 60+ degrees 55&50 degree mill grind. I'm looking forward to practicing with them all.

Yes! I love What’s in the Bag videos. My bag: Standard Maverick Driver 9 degree 70S Aldila Rogue shaft. Cobra SZ 3 wood. Love this 3 wood when I hit it square. Wish I could hit my driver as solid as I do my 3 wood. Sim hybrid, P790 AW-4 iron, SM8 56 and 58, 12 degrees of bounce. I’m going to get refitted for wedges again with less bounce. Not really satisfied with the current wedges. I’m gonna choose between a set of Titleist or Callaway wedges.

Been a while since I’ve upgraded clubs, almost 10 years to be exact. Decided this year was the year. Ended up going with the ping 425 lst driver and 3 wood. Ping 425 hybrid. Taylormade p770 irons, Cleveland RTX Zipcore 50,54,58 wedges and a Cameron phantom x 7 putter. Tried most all the new releases this year and this is what ended up working the best for me. Loving them so far, now if we can just get the weather to warm up a bit here in Knoxville and really start enjoying being out and playing.

In all honesty.. the Wilson staff blades are pure 🔥. And their utility irons and wedges are just as good. If I had the means for a sponsorship, they would be a front runner for most of my bag! Probably one of the most overlooked companies in golf for irons.... although the drivers and fairways aren’t the best feeling.

Been running a bunch of older / used clubs. Using the 2014 Callaway Apex 3-A wedge, Taylor made M3 driver with a stock shaft, M6 3 wood, Callaway X Hot 19° 3 hybrid, a Callaway 56° wedge I got from a second hand store and an Oddesey White Hot putter. I say whatever you do for driver, please make sure you get tested with different shafts for each head. A shift can make all the difference, would be interesting to see how you work with the Auto-flex shaft.

Mizuno MP18 MB...beautiful and they're Mizunos, Mizuno T7 wedges...the blue ones, JPX 900 Driver and 5 Wood, Mizuno MP20 HMB 3 iron. If Canada weren't locked down I'd like to see you got to TXG and get fit there. I used to say that if Mizuno had a putter I'd get one...now they do so I need to figure out which one I want now.

Currently gaming... Driver: 2020 SiM 9* 3-wood: Cobra F8+, that will soon change as I’m purchasing the Titleist TSi2 3wood. The TSi goes hard! 2-iron: Taylormade P790 UDI (the things a beast!) Irons: 4-7 Mizuno MP20 MMC, 8-PW Mizuno MP20 MB Wedges: Titleist Vokey SM8 50, 54 bent to 55, 60 Putter: Scotty Cam Phantom X8 By far my most favorite part of my bag are my irons! If you are going to get 3 or 4 wood in the bag, try last years Sim. Best ball speed and easy to launch atleast for me. Also Callaway X Forged 18 UT is the best feeling club I have ever tested.

You should definitely check out the Taylormade P790 irons. They are just a tiny bit forgiving but you can still work them. I like the camera behind the hole when you are putting like you used to do. Gives a better view of the break.

Easy answer. Cobra forged tecs. I got the set and my son took them after the first round of golf. He is also on the high school school team and needed a upgrade and he absolutely pured these irons. I went and tried new clubs and fell in love with the cobra mim but my wife laughed me out of the store when she heard price. But she did get me a custom set of cobra speedzone irons. I really like them but for a low handi like you I'd go forged tec or mim

Since you like the driver go all team Taylormade. I have 7MC and love them but you would probably love 7MB. Also when you try the driver make sure it isn’t the stock shaft. Use Blue X 6 or 7 with VELOCORE. That is key because the stock Ventus looks a lot like it but the VELOCORE will give you the stability you want with your speed! Good luck. 🍀

I had the 4iron 712u, and it’s similar to the mp-20 HMB 4 iron I have now. I personally can flight the hmb 4 iron easier, with a softer feel, similar distance and spin rate, just can manipulate the peak height, and left to right or right to left with less effort. If you wanted similar bag build up, 4 hmb lofted a degree or 2 weaker, combined with mp-20 5-pw for a familiar iron set up

Bridgestone Irons. I was fitted last February, best irons I’ve ever played. I hit Ping, Mizuno and Bridgestone and the Bridgestone won out.

Switched from Vokeys to Cleveland Zipcore Raw. Absolutely love them. The TT Spinner shaft is great. You can get your grinds from Cleveland if you go through the custom shop & the price is hardly any different than the raw Vokeys. Give them a look.

I’m upgrading to the Sim 2 from the M3, it’s on the way. Also waiting for my new MP 20 mb’s from Mizuno. That copper plating is buttery soft from my test hit. And my MG2 wedges from TaylorMade are nice, had them for a few months and that raw face and black finish are money

Check out the TSi woods from Titleist, JPX921 Tour irons from Mizuno or T100 irons from Titleist, SM8 wedges. The grind options in the Vokeys are unmatched.

I love your vlogs. I am a high handicap player so I play the Callaway Mavrik Max irons 5 thru AW. Also Mavrik Max Driver , 3 wood and 3 and 4 Max hybrids. Stuff you would never play . I started back playing after about 9 years off and updated from a set of 1996 Big Bertha irons 2 thru SW that I bought new in 1996. New technology is wonderful. I imagine it was cold in Nashville cause it is cold here in Choo Choo City

Definitely check out the 620 MB’s, they are PURE! I’ve played 714,716,718 MB’s over the years and just got the 620’s and love them. Just throwing this out there as someone who plays titleist 712U 2,3,4 irons. I recently got the titleist U500 and it’s a great driving iron. Definitely plays like a blade driving iron like the 712 but softer feel and longer distance Driver-Taylormade M5 can’t go wrong with that driver

I would say the mizuno blades, or Taylor made p770. If you go cheap looking at Ben Hogan blades. But I always refer to Rick shiels for his club reviews! Good luck brother!

Looking at your irons, would think the new Callaway range would be worth a look. The Apex MBs have the weight screw which could be swapped out to a different weight to maintain “precise” CG location which may be beneficial as I am assuming you play over length shafts. The Apex Pros look nice too and could be a combo with the MBs or full set. The X CB UT utility iron offerings look good too and has a weight that can be swapped out depending on shaft weight and length. Saw a review on the Tour Edge Exotics C721 driver on 2nd Swing Golf channel and seemed to be throwing low spin bombs out there. TSI drivers also look good.

I think all premium club brands are all pretty close to being equal. That being said, PXG has an incredibly detailed custom fitting system. I didn’t buy the irons but got the driver and three wood. Really happy with them both. Plus prices are more reasonable now.

Hey Zac. Big Wilson nut here. You owe it to yourself to at least *try* Wilson's Staff Model blades. They are fabulous. I game the 7 iron down to the wedges. 5 and 6 iron I have their newer CB irons, which aide in forgiveness which help me out. I have their 4 and 3 iron Staff Model utilities, which I can definitely see you hitting stingers all day with. Big clubs are Ping, G410 driver and 3W. Most forgiving/straightest woods I've ever hit, and this is coming from a 2 handicapper. But at least try the Wilson irons, you'll be happy you did. Thanks, from Nebraska.

Clubs in my bag...LOL...well...30 year old Mizuno T Zoid blades, 30 year old 56 and 60 degree Tommy Armour wedges, 20+ year old Adams Tight Lies 9 degree driver...so needless to say I don't think I have much to offer in the new club selection arena! Thanks for the Videos!
