Any tip to get more power for the raptor 90

We primarily work on suspension so we don't have any good methods for boosting power. Sorry!

Hey we have a 2020 raptor 90 we’ve been cycling throughout our kids now for a few years. So we’ve got a bit more power out of it from getting an full exhaust off of Amazon for about 240 from “Big Gun” this include the header and slip on exhaust with hardware. We also found that running premium non ethanol fuel 93octane or better helped not clog the spark plug after the exhaust and we also drilled a few holes in the air filter lid to help the bike breath a bit better. This is on the underside/ inside of the lid. Can’t remember exactly how many but their was actually a few ring marks we just drilled out with a 1 inch bit . We ride mostly on sand at the dunes and have a slightly bigger and wider tire to help with it not getting stuck and top speed although take off is a bit more stressing. I searched and couldn’t find any real tuner or performance parts for the 2015 and newer raptor 90 either. These few and inexpensive upgrades helped a bit but the kiddos soon outgrow the little 90. The next quad they use after this is a Honda trx250ex as it’s semiautomatic but in the full size atv use so caution.

Throw a jet kit in it. I run a big gun exhaust and a 92 jet on my kids. What a difference also you can change the cdi box
