Are there any differences between the black and white connectors other than the color?

I should add that proper examples of the Waterproof Seals pushed over the jacket before crimping the jacket are what should be done. Unfortunately when you use wire with a thick jacket you run into two problems. One you don't have enough metal in the pin to wrap around the jacket and seal , so you end up with a really weak crimp on the jacket. And two you have a 50 /50 chance of shredding the seal because it is stretched in over the larger jacket. When you go to push it in the connector it just rips off due to the larger diameter. I always use wire with a larger jacket so that method will not work for me.
