2021 yfz 450r “updated parts walkthrough”

This is a quick video going over all the new parts and mods I recently installed. I’ve been having so much fun customizing my quad to the way I want it and can’t wait to get it exactly how I want it. This yfz 450r is one bad machine and the quickest atv I’ve ever owned. My last quad was a 2004 yfz 450 so there to different worlds from carb to efi. Parts are kinda hard to come by these days with back orders, Covid, and seized production on race quads but they are still very reliable brands and motivated companies that’s putting there all into making new products and getting parts produced. With that being said here’s the list of parts I currently have on “bumblezee” at the moment…….. houser pro bounce nerf bars, monster shorty full exhaust, vortex ecu, pro design intake kit, custom grab bar, Alba racing grab bar, Troy lee grips, pep clutch arm, drw case saver, enjoy mfg seat cover, led headlights, type s underglow, powermadd hand guards, 15 t sprocket, peak racing screen protector, ais delete, and some decals. I think that’s about it at the moment but there are still many things I’m waiting on right now and things I will be getting to finish it off. Sweet bike, the FCI intake and going up to 15 t ft sproket will make a big diffrence i wouldnt go into motor like u said, keep it reliable. I love my pro taper s/e atv mid bend $68 and aftermarket levers ,ASV r my fav. My 700r has a couple of places to mount pkng brake lever but my 450 i cant find anyplace except the rear grab bar like u said. Good luck, keep it up!

Factory 43 is still a great choice... it was definitely my top 3 but honestly houser nerfs was the quickest shipping so i just decided to get them at the last minute

First get a fuel programmer like the vortex ecu to take away the factory bog then you can buy anything else you want for performance like exhaust, intake, and motor mods

@@bumblezee Thanks for the advice. I picked up an HMF fill optimizer pretty cheap from eBay but I’ve not had a chance to install it yet. And just ordered an HMS slip on exhaust. And definitely has the bog.

@@FunGoingFast vortex is the best fuel programmer on the market but honestly anyone will do as long as u got one installed and tuned right you should be good and putting things like exhaust and better intake systems will give you better hp performance..... if u go to my channel i have a more updated version of wht my bikes like these days

@@FunGoingFast they all have the famous bog when they come out the factory but once its tuned right theres no more bog and extremely quicker throttle response ......outta all the upgrades and mods that ive done to my bike the vortex ecu is still the best thing ive bought for it and its a completely different beast just putting that alone on it .... other then that you can put aftermarket grab bars and nerfs to make it look cooler

Hella nice bro, liked and sub'ed I have the 21 black and white SE on my channel. I done the ALBA Nerfs, done a Case Saver as well forget the name of the company I used. But I also done the big 3 upgrade on mine I went with the Fuel Customs intake and air box with the open lid. AIS delete and went with the Rossier Engineering R5 full Exhaust. Waiting on my 38 custom breather box to arrive on Mon. I should have gotten the vortex as well. But went with the DynoJet PC-V going to get it tuned on a dyno in a few weeks to dial it in. What size leds did you go with and are they 8k or 10k? 👍🏾👍🏾💥💥

Nice !! I think i put regular h6 hi/lo beams in the headlights so its like a 10k . Its super fun to customize these bikes to your liking and ive put alot of money into already but it will never be enough cuz your gonna want the next best things for your bike lol.

Houser pro bounce nerf bars but i got them like a year ago on the houser racing website. Ive heard in the past few months everything has been on back order lately so they might not be in stock at the moment but im not sure

Honestly ive had multiple offers and trades since i juiced her up but because of the money i put into it so far ... i probably wouldn't sell it with sports quads being made fewer and time and money in it

Yes they will be releasing the 2022 yfz450r se BUT!!! It will only be available for pre order meaning they most likely will not have any stock available at dealerships and will make your unit upon ordering from what ive heard in the atv world

At your local motorcycle/powersports dealership. You can fill out a application online on yamaha website and they will send it to your local dealerships or just go to a dealership and fill one out. Most dealerships do a $500 deposit to hold your machine when arriving

@@LV2Roam yes tuned at there stock settings but you will need to get it re tuned for your mods on your bike or buy for a company that can tune it for you and let them know what set up you have . Example...... i would have to get one retuned for a open air box, monster shorty full exhaust, and stock engine but anyone you get to tune anything quad you would have to tell them everything you've done to your bike for performance settings
