I'm so glad you learned a few things! You cannot turn on the side cameras while driving to show the blind spots. That is what the Audi Side assist on the sides of the mirrors is for.

Great video! I am taking delivery of a Prestige Sline in Mythos Black with black optics. Is the Audi emblem on the grill blacked out in the Prestige? I’ve seen other photos that show the emblem blacked out.

The one main thing I don’t like is the infotainment screen jutting out as if it’s an aftermarket add on.

I totally understand that! The infotainment screen doesn't photo or video well. If you adjust your seat properly, it actually blends in with the upper dash line. And when you are in the car is blends in well and does not stick out like it does in photos.

Hello! All Audis come with regular white lights as puddle lights. But you have the option to add the "Beam Rings" or other shapes when you order the car. If you purchase a car off the dealer lot or a used car and want the puddle lights you can install them afterward too. The plain white lights just pop out and the new ones plug right in.

But I’ve been told by different sales reps and mechanics, different things: remote key sensor, it does nothing, just a design element, you didn’t option something, plastic trim waste, good question, I’m not sure…used in other models, but since this console is shared, it’s just there. Awesome reviews! Glad I found your channel.

It looks good. For me, the package should have included black Audi rings and badging, as well as black calipers, though. Also, have they abandoned the fake exhaust tips? I also hate the infotainment display. It would look a lot better being integrated- like on a Q8, rather than as a tablet that looks like an afterthought...

Thanks for watching! Audi is trying to bring back with real exhaust tips while still conforming to EPA regulations. I wish the offered a package that included the black rings and badges and one that didn’t. I prefer the silver so I’m glad there is still an option for that. @@emilytheaudinerd I have a feeling I would knock back and break the infotainment system with it's placement. At this point, I'd rather have no visible exhaust, than a fake one. Maybe put rear backup lights in the openings, or rear side markers...

It looks like after designing the car is when they remembered the infotainment system. They just sat the screen right above the vents, compared to Mercedes and BWM which looks integrated with the dash. They could have done better than that, expect that crap design from a Honda Accord or less premium vehicles.

Very interesting you say that. Audi blended the screen into the upper dash line so it blends perfectly. It is the correct height for your eyes and you do not have to strain down. It is easily used by the driver or passenger and isn't as far of a reach. But if you want integrated, you can look at the Q3, Q8 and Q7 vehicles.
