Nice review. I bought my first Beta back at the start of the year after many years on KTMs. KTM will have to up the game to get a look in for my next bike. I got to demo a 480 Racing on the weekend....Holy Shit did that thing pull hard. The only 4t I havnt ridden in the Beta range is the 430. 👌

do you re re torque the head bolts? i know the manual says 3 hrs but i haven't seen anyone talk about it

The Nissin brakes are very grabby at first pull or push, too much bite at first compared to Brembo, my 2020 300 RR race was very harsh when compared to my 2022 KTM 250 XC, wonder if there is a Brembo conversion kit for the Beta?

I just picked up my Beta 390 rr-s 2 weeks ago. Dealer added radiator guards, bark busters and resprung the bike for me. I am 6 foot 6 inches and weigh 265. He also added handle bar risers. Son took the bike for a ride and said the suspension was way to stiff, for me its perfect. One of sons friends took it for a ride today and likes the stiffer suspension. Did alot of research before I made the move to buy the bike. And yes, out of the crate the Nissin brakes are a pain in the ass.
