BMW X7 got a tailgate that's is awesome never see that on a BMW X7 it's a good vehicle to teach your kids how to drive

The cloth on the tailgate is also so you can slide things in and out without scuffing or tearing at whatever it is that you're sliding in and out.

@@fireboltaz yeah but runflats aren’t great. I removed mine the first chance I got and have been running regular Michelins for 13 years. Granted, I may just stick with runflats when I get the X7, but we’ll see

It’s absolutely amazing to me that with all the luxury, the features, and electronics, it must have an auto start/stop button. You can spend tons of money, but you cant get it without start/stop technology. Truly very sad to me. I don’t want my vehicle to shut off at a red light !!!

You can defeat the auto start/stop system and permanently disable it if you do not like the added fuel efficiency (5-7%) and reduced emissions from this technology.

I have this car and it has the start stop button. It’s right next to the ignition button. All cars are governed to have the auto shut off. It’s all about emissions and saving gas….. crazy rules!

We bought this exact car three weeks ago and the only way to avoid the auto start stop is to put it in sport mode. Same with a ‘18 M760i, we have to have it in sport for the auto start stop to not work. It’s nice however to keep decent fuel economy on a twin turbo V8 and a twin turbo V12 😇

No, the seats are terrible. Worst in class. If you are a bit taller and/or larger than average their seat cushion frame is too narrow and will eat into your upper thighs making for a very uncomfortable experience after just minutes of driving. I have no idea why they made the seats that way but they clearly didn't do their homework.
