I wait until after Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving because it kicks off the holidays for us. Every year we go around the room before we eat and tell what we are most thankful for. I like the holidays separated. Before long, they will have Christmas decor out with the Easter bunny.

Last year Christmas was horrible for my family. My mom unexpectedly passed 2 weeks before Christmas, only for the sake of my children I put up a tree maybe the week before Christmas. This year I’m ready to put up my tree but since my husband & I are hosting thanksgiving, I’ll wait until that Saturday to start decorating. Dinner looks yummy😋!
