I have their V1 of their headers, mid pipe and catback. They said you don't need the tune for it to work with no CEL's but that just isn't the case for me. They also didn't have the extra resonators in the cat back so my Corolla basically sounds like it's straight piped at this point. I've been contemplating getting their V2 or switching to something like the Apex'i exhaust if it's ever in stock again.

I’ll probably consider getting the Apexi exhaust or even a different one entirely instead, considering other companies are more likely to quiet down the carpet more where I’m sure today was mostly just trying to get the most power possible

I did the full exhaust headers back on jack stands about a foot off the ground and I didn’t touch my engine bay. Took and hour from under the car. Why all the extra steps? Doesn’t seem worth it.

I was just doing it this way, so I don’t have to mess around with 10 extensions and this is a process I’m familiar with after doing my coil overs a couple times over.

You did NOT need to disassemble all those parts on the top (around windshield/wipers)... My was done without that unnecessary work

@@ricevlogs_ Do you know of any other company that makes a performance or race header for the newer Corollas...?? Based on all the videos that I have watched, this 2j racing header is really considered a Shorty Header, and not a long tube header. But either way, the 2J racing header is much less restrictive than any exhaust manifold. I definitely always want Headers on my cars, because you can feel better performance out of the headers in the seat of your pants when you drive your car. Thanks for the detailed video..👍

Hey if he gets it Tuned and makes another 100 wheel or more even.. I guess it's all worth it.. Honestly I don't recommend ever voiding the warranty on a brand new car.. I don't think they will touch him on recalls or anything now.. I waited till I owned my car before I started experimenting, LOL.. But I am not knocking him, People think I am nut's for spending about 5K on my Juke but I gained 100 wheel on a 155 stock car. And I am installing a new front bottom spoiler on it. Most people won't know what it is.. I bought it for about 10K and dropped another 5K to date, But All new Turbo Piping, under hood and out the back But I have wheel's, fixed the paint and I am waiting on hardware for the new front spoiler.. Replaced the whole front end and did a lot of CVT drain and fills over the years..
