I must say, both bikes look great, they're at the very top of exotic supersports bikes. If I had to choose one then it'd be the Aprilia as it is the ultimate track machine and you cannot get a better song from the exhaust from any other manufacturer V4

Ducati gets hot. Ducati has no cruise control. Aprilia in last couple years also reliable. Aftermarket won’t kill your wallet with aprilia. Bang for buck with actual quality. And Ducati drinks gas like an alcoholic

I prefer the RSV4. Much of the weight difference can be attributed to the RSV4s larger, high mounted muffler so an SC Project Full Ti System would solve that. The RSV4 sounds better IMO and I like the looks better. Crisis control and the price difference seal the deal. The Panigale is still an amazing machine.

Never rode a duck. But owned the rsv4. Aprilia was by far the most impressive of any I have owned. And I have owned from kz900z1b drag to busa. No comparison. It's a razor blade on 2 wheels.

Comparing these bikes really comes down to personal preference honestly. I think the Ducati looks better then the Aprilia. The Aprilia sounds better to me. The Ducati should have cruise control though.

must be because the slim irregular shape of superbike's fuel tank that tapered to the bottom will make fuel gauge not accurate (for example : once it gets below 1/2 tank it drops pretty quickly to 1/4),so they think it's better without it. in the the other hand, there is no excuse for no cruise control 😄

It’s apples to oranges really. In one corner you have the iconic Ducati. When you ride one of these it’s basically the Ferrari of motorcycles. But in the other corner, Aprilia is the McLaren of motorcycles. For me the sound of the Aprilia is a little better. I’m super biased tho I’d much rather have the inline 4 of the fireblade. In-line just sounds so much better than the exotic V4. If you want heritage, history, legacy, go for the Ducati. If you want the new pool boy, the young yoga instructor that just graduated high school, the james Dean experience, then get the RSV4

Aprilia are my personal favourite manufacturer for a number of reasons. One notable reason being the styling, but I have to be honest here, the Ducati in the styling department leaves the Aprilia for dead. Never thought I'd say that.

Great work I tested booth and the build quality on Panigale is perfect, the rsv4 feels here and there a bit cheap of to much plastic, the sound and look on Panigale is the price but principle booth are awesome

Ducati is an example of over designed motorcycle which has million of issues, and one of them is a huge overheating, your legs and balls will cook on the street. Aprilia is a sick ass bike, which i happily own. That’s just a facts! 🤷🏻‍♂

Bought a 22 v4 Panagale , started overheating 2 months in, never got better only worse always being in the shop. Long story short , thew a rod bearing and Ducati won't fix due to a upmap and termi slip on. Just bought a factory and ill have to fix the bearing myself smh.

I own both. The Ducati has better looks, lighting, high end torque, speed, and maintenance. The Aprilia is more comfortable, better low end torque, costs less (better financing), sounds better but debatable (Ducati sounds like an animal at high revs on the track), and is more economic on fuel. I love both bikes but, if I had to choose between the two it would be the Ducati. Also, I don't need/miss cruise control on the Ducati. Heated grips would be a better option instead of cruise control.

This is such bullshit. There is no RSV4 on the market that produces 217 horsepower. you can search youtube and you will not find one dynoTest that a RSV4 produces 217HP 🤣. My ducati V4S produced 216hp to the crank on the dyno. My good buddies RSV4 2023 only produced with a map and exhaust 210hp to the crank. i've never seen on youtube a april with more horse power than that. Also, those are crank numbers, not wheel numbers.
