Ive practiced pulling my right arm out of the shoulder strap (shooting right hand) so that my entire right side is free. pulling my EDC out plus you can slide your left arm thru the 2 openings on back of the pack and use it as a shield. Great way to us the body armor in your bag as a shield. I have the Gamut 2.0 to carry my Springfield Saint Victor 7.5 with a law tactical folder whenever I carry that but I'm with you I always EDC on body. Great video!

QVO tactical does a pistol and mag holster Velcro flat panel mount for most kydex holsters. Works great with any off body carry bag. Maxpedition mongo shoulder bag.

If you can find a Heroclip trust me its worth it. I keep a large hero clip on my Vertx bag and it comes in handy.

It's an EDC bag, not a rucking or outdoors bag. The strap is for stabilization and not load carrying.
