How come (8/3)^3 is 512/3? i thought it would be 512/27 (for question 3b)

For example when you integrate x^2, you get (x^3)/3 not (x/3)^3 Basically the 3 doesn’t get cubed

On question 3 why do we not have to find the "constant" where area = constant x frequency and show that it is 1 before we proceed? I have noticed this in other papers 2022/2023 as well

When u initially throw it up, your going against gravity that’s why it is negative
