The justification is the buyer wants it and can afford it. Who cares if it's a single person and the most they carry is groceries and in occasional gym bag or a large family that hauls trailers and boats.

I like this guy. He's honest and not afraid to point out obvious flaws. Very refreshing in the world of KZbin car review channels that don't dare to criticize in fear of car brands cutting them off of new products to review. Car journalists should be unbiased and honest so it makes our, customer decision easier.

Some good info, but three misleading points. Comparable Yukons/Surburbans are more $ not less. Good luck finding an Escalade for under $100-$120k. And if you’re going to compare to Escalade review the platinum not limited. Suburban is a far inferior SUV, both in quality and reliability.

They are going to have to do something with it because Sequoia is going to now kick their butt. If we can ever see sequoia's on any of the lots. For some reason we were supposed to see them in summer. Now it's delayed of course

@@naveenthemachine actually you are not correct. It is not on sale yet because it hasn't reached any dealerships. So get your facts straight. Their standard one engine type hybrid is more powerful than the Expedition and the Sequoia is going to give it a run for their money because it's the new kid on the Block and this Expedition looks outdated. I know what I'm talking about. So go ahead and do your research because they are not in dealerships yet. You can get on a waiting list. But the SUV for Sequoia is not last on the list. Armada might be because it needs an overhaul as well. But you need to listen to yourself LOL nice try though. I won't be replying back to you anymore. No need to get catty. @@naveenthemachine not really not much less compared to the smaller length expedition. I am only talking about the smaller length expedition. It needs an overhaul. It's showing its age and for that much money you can get a navigator and or a Tahoe and have it not as plasticy. The old Tahoes were all plasticy, but I'm surprised that this limited model is as cheap and plasticy as it seems and looks. The Sequoias aren't

The Jeep is more expensive and the engine in the Jeep is a big V8, so mpg is :( as one would expect from a huge SUV. The Ford gets you 21mpg highway in this.

2023 wasn’t in our test fleet at this time. It’s the same.

The 2023 model year, Ford went cheap on it. Instead of improving or upgrade it. They took some of the features out, the one push window up and down for the rear windows, hand-free foot actived liftgate are no longer availiable in 2023 year model. So far the 2022 it's the best model year after the facelift. Hopefully they do some big upgrade or brand new redesign in 2024.

Unfortunately Ford wants to have interior functions all in LCDs. Their CEO thinks he can make Ford vehicles and culture be like Tesla. The new Mustang they unveiled has all functions for AC and stereo in LCDs too. Even though people don’t want them.

I much rather have a Tahoe RST with naturally aspirated 6.2 V8 or equivalent longer version Suburban. I don’t trust Ford turbo engines.
