@@leedanielson7452 I look for the best prices and it's the reason why I got my Ram 1500 sport for 50k cdn new I don't overpay for anything and I don't promote ppl buying vehicles with markups it's wrong I just mentioned my uncle's truck because most ppl didn't know they were overpaying before the chip shortage it's the reason why I showed my uncle the same platinum 20k cheaper in Canadian dollars so he got the shaft in the end of it paid 40k more than he should have

Your reviews are awesome! Just the vehicle I want except I wish the ‘22s came in lead foot still. I like the idea of keeping 35 if you drive more on the road. I just wonder if spending an extra 2K for the beadlock capable rims vs the stock rims and changing them out later?

I was talking to a guy that had just pulled in next to me at the hardware store. He had just bought his 2022 Raptor. That truck is freakin killer! Made my 2021 RAM Rebel look like a toy. Really got me thinking about trading in my Rebel for the Raptor. And with the trade-in value of my truck, my monthly payment would be less than $350 a month. Only thing I would add to the Raptor would be the on-board 2Kw generator.

I was on the same boat.... I really wanted a Raptor but refused to pay the added markups. I contacted a dealer that didn't mark up their vehicles and three moths later I got a call that one of their customers that had order the truck for some reason backed out. Asked if I wanted it and of course I took it! My Raptor is exactly like the one reviewed here except the color is in Lead foot grey. I usually average about two new vehicles a year and this is the best driving truck I have ever owned. Only thing that sucks is my average MPG's which is 13.4 in town. For my daily driver not good , but if your buying a truck that shouldn't be a concern. I love my Raptor.

Ordered mine on Jan 12th, 22. Exactly like this except I removed the moonroof and tailgate step. Also, didn't get the lock box. Wish it would come on. My 2012 FX4 Ecoboost is falling apart. Cam phaser problems and the turbos have basically went out. It's so bad that literally the speedometer fell off... If they don't come on tho I may end up getting a GT350. But I really need a truck.

Went to price out a new Raptor and found out you can't get the tailgate step without getting the full panel moonroof! Ford tied the two together in the order guide! Sunroofs do not belong in pickups. At least make it a stand alone al a carte item. And don't even think about going through parts and building the step tailgate that way.

Looking at the Ford Raptor vs the RAM TRX. Raptor is like a very precise tool where as the TRX is as precise as a slege hammer. Raptor is fantastic. TRX is glorious hooligan! Still can't decide...your opinion?

Hey Ben. Good stuff, as always. So, love the Raptor. I think you're here in Utah. That means ski country. So how does the Raptor perform in high altitude, mountainy, very cold, icy and snowy ski country? I do a lot of highway driving, and do get to the desert and oceans at sea level, but ski country is where I live and spend most of my time, summer and winter. I've been thinking about trying to raptorize a loaded Platinum some, or even maybe a Tremor a little bit, but why not just go for the real thing. Oh, and does the Raptor come with a deep snow/sand mode, or something just as good for that purpose?
