Great video, thank you so much. There aren't many channels that showcase night driving like you do, which is very important on my mind! May I ask how the headlights perform compared to other similar cars that you have driven? They seem fairly quick when turning off their segments, but they do seem to be a bit low, right?

@@AutophorieExtra I don't have a particular car in mind right now, I meant mostly compared to other matrix led equipped cars, like the Skoda, VW etc.

@@christosnikolakakis6046 I think it's nearly identical in terms of lightning and reaction time. Maybe slight differences depending on the environment, but all in all pretty close. So it comes down to price, where the Ford is all around the cheaper car...sooo sllight edge there

Das grobe verpixeln des Gegenverkehrs hat leider viel überdeckt. Hier wäre eine feinere Verpixelung besser, ich glaub nur das Kennzeichnen genügt da

Ich muss jedes Mal schmunzeln, wenn ich das Verpixeln des gefühlt halben Bildschirms sehe. Man kann auch mit Kanonen auf Mücken schiessen. Als lieb gemeinte, konstruktive Kritik: das machen andere KZbinr DEUTLICH besser.

Hi, actually it is only okay. In comparison to the IntelliLux headlights of the Opel Astra (K) i drove before, the matrix-headlights are less bright and the range is not on that high level. Edit: The Matrix-LED headlights of the new Defender are really crap (HSE). The Matrix-LED headlights of an Audi TT are the best I ever had.

Die Autos links auf der Schnellstraße wurden doch ziemlich oft voll geblendet, weil die Kamera, die Scheinwerfer durch die Leitplanke schlecht erkennen konnte. Aber da hat jedes System so seine Probleme. Bei meinem Mazda 6, mache ich es lieber auf der Autobahn aus. Gerade wegen LKW‘s. Wie war da euer Empfinden? Grüße 🖖

Gibt durchaus Systeme die leider auf der Autobahn nicht so gut klar kommen. Ist aber besser geworden über die Jahre :) perfekt sind aber aktuell die wenigsten

Ich kann es leider bestätigen. In meinem 2023er Focus und zuvor im 2017er Astra K wurden Lkw-Fahrer leider recht verlässlich geblendet. Ich hadere dann immer mit mir selbst was die richtige Entscheidung ist: Die Funktion deaktivieren / ausstellen und weniger Ausleuchtung für mich selbst haben oder in Kauf nehmen, dass vor allem Lkw-Fahrer geblendet werden...

Dynamic Led von Mondeo mk5 ist schlecht. Die I LED von Focus vorfacelift sind sehr gut wie die Matrix Led

Meinst du den Ford Focus? Was besser ist kann man grob nicht sagen, kommt halt auf deine Bedürfnisse an… Finde den Audi aber schöner :)

Oh sehr schwer zu sagen. Würde sagen, die sind sich sogar ziemlich ähnlich. Gemessen daran, dass es hier allerdings in einem günstigeren Auto zu einem günstigerem Preis verfügbar ist, kleiner Vorteil für den Ford.

Gibt es ein Unterschied beim Matrix LED vom Facelift im Vergleich zum Vfl? Weil das Vfl konnte ja auch schon den Gegenverkehr gezielt ausblenden.

War aber kein Matrix, daher müsste es im Direktvergleich beim Vfl 1. langsamer funktionieren 2. weiter "ausschalten" und nicht gezielt den Verkehr ausblenden.

Ist sehr ähnlich wie beim I LED. Das I LED ist sehr schnell und zuverlässig.

In terms of problems, no. Worked fine. In terms of "are these headlights the best", there are at least five or so systems in the compact class that either work better /faster or are brighter or shine further than this

@@AutophorieExtra I don't think there are other good options in this price range, I mean, if you manage to good a defectiveless option of Pixel LEDs, you'll see that this LEDs are better than the Audi ones, but yeah, you got a little bit unlucky and that's why you say that cheaper standard LEDs are brighter...

@@MrRobi10 My experience: The Matrix-LED headlights of an Audi TT are the best ones. These of my old (2017er) Opel Astra (K) were better than those of my new Focus - more brightness.
