This looks like a cute little rig with a nice floor plan and good flow. I like the barstool seating at the Peninsula. We toured of Flagstaff that had to of had a 7 foot ceiling. How does this one measure up?

Didn't highlite w/d connections in closet. That's important..underbed storage ... BIG DEAL !! THIS MAY BE MY CHOICE FOR FULLTIME LIVING.. WITHOUT W/D PREP IT PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE MY CHOICE.. HIGHLITE IT ALL, PLEASE.
