We have 2 cars in our family a Vios and an EcoSport, for 2 yrs I've been trying to entice my dad to trade our vios for a coolray but he says he wants one small and one medium/big car. Thanks Kyle Long Car Reviews for jumping on this exciting new vehicle right away. Looking forward the the 25th or soon afterwards when you post a full review including driving impressions. If you get to drive long and far enough share fuel economy results or resonable predictions if possible for city and highway. With a non turbo, high powered motor I would think it will be pretty frugal on gas consumption. If you can also share exterior color choices also that would be terrific. And if it appears all color choices for exterior will have the blue and white interior...which I personally really like, butbif another two tone combo would be offered with certain exterior palates, that would be nice also

1. Both are automatic 2 No sunroof 3. Not sure about the exact details but as of now, all I know is the lower trim has no leather seats, no sunroof and I think maybe smaller rims + most probably lacking the digital instrument cluster

I have an MG5 going 3 years now and im so considering to trade in HAHAHA. The led bar at the back is so sleek and cool!!! Tho mg 5 still has alot of pros considering 10inch touchscreen Sunroof buttons Leather seats A bit more power 114hp vs 102 Heated side mirrors 360 cam Android and apple carplay Still a great car tho!!! Specs of the top of the line mg5 is way too far from this..also on the quality of materials in the interior. Emgrand has more soft cladding materials. Also the resolution of the infotainment system. It has a heated side mirrors too on a premium variant. Durkopp stitching on suede seats.6 way electric seating adjustments, fully digital intrument cluster..and many more that MG5 dont have.

I'm not a fan of the white and blue interior, however the bells and whistles seem up to par compared to other sedans in it's class, and at it's price point. Only time will tell if Geely's vehicles can compete with other car brands service cost, longevity, reliability and parts availability. Personally, i would not buy a Chinese car just yet, i would have to wait a few years and see if their standards of the above mentioned aspects are equal to that of existing car brands.

Because the vios is literally CHEAPER to own and maintain in the long run. 675k for a base vios and the emgrand priced at 748k and 858k? Lol. Funny pricing. This will be like the almera and city. They will be able to sell but they wont take market share from the vios. Pity because they actually can grab the market share of vios. Just price the emgrand near the base toyota vios. 675k for the comfort emgrand and 748k for the premium emgrand. Then they release the emgrand manual variant at 600k. Heck all taxi companies will flock to it if the interior amenties are the same as the comfort. That is how the pricing for subcompact sedan is done right. Look at the AZKARRA. NILALANGAW! @Kyle Let the geely upper management take note of this. (ANOTHER COOLRAY STORY) Compete on price, be the lowest price. And the features serve as a bonus kick to unconvinced buyers. DONT MATCH THE VIOS LINEUP PRICING. VIOS LAST ATLEAST A DECADE. Geely cars have to still prove that. Compete on price!
