You can carry a concealed firearm in a vehicle. However, if the gun is a rifle or shotgun, the chamber cannot be loaded, due to a hunting law. Only if the firearm is on your person, do you need to have a concealed carry permit. A firearm can be carried in a vehicle, concealed if it is not on your person. A firearm can be carried openly in a vehicle.

Can I carry a handgun in my luggage suitcase in a locked gun box with no ammunition from the luggage pick up area at the Las Vegas airport directly to my car and then stole it in with my spare tire, taking it directly home without a handgun permit

It's complicated - There was an attorney general opinion given at one point, No. 93-14, which determined that a concealed weapon on a person includes a container also carried by the person. Thus, the term “concealed upon his or her person” includes a pouch, briefcase, bag or handbag, such as a purse. Concealed carry is permissible ONLY if the individual has a permit. There is no statute that I could find where it states that a resident or non-resident cannot transport a firearm locked, in the trunk and unloaded.

If you have a green card you can own a gun and get a CCW. If you are a I-94 you will need a hunting license. But I don't believe you can get a CCW

The information on your website is inaccurate in regard to Nevada and Missouri. Nevada does not reciprocate with Missouri

The will not issue a CCW permit in Nevada if you don’t provide a SSN even though it was not in the shale issue law the legislature passed and governor signed back in 1995 the public safety sat on the law for a year and put that into the law all by themselves and sent it out to all the police agencies thus they created law by themselves without authority and sheriffs and police are violating law not knowing it thinking they are following the law. Also hopefully this will all change soon as the Bruin decision states these schemes are unconstitutional. If they can’t tax you to vote and require you to take classes then they can’t convert your right to carry arms any way you want into a privileged that is unlawful and should be prosecuted under U.S.C. title 18 section 241 & 242

NRS 202.257 prohibits anyone in Nevada from carrying or handling firearms while under the influence of drugs or alcohol or with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher.
