What are the plugs over the key latches on your saddle bags? Are the available from Harley?

Thanks for the comments. For the plugs, I ordered them from ebay a long time ago, they work great on keeping moisture out of the locks and still works while on. Just have to remove them to lock the bags, but it's easy.
