@@renjithr4773 Please dont put crashguard or frame slider on CB300R. all these extra fittings currently available on market is attched to engine mount. A small fall can cause main frame/engine mount problems. Costly to fix. Its better to buy spare cowls or fairings in case of a fall, which is cheaper.

The honda CB300 R is one of great looking bikes in the 300 cc naked class. Its a modern machine with some retro charm. Overall a very good looking bike. Then the engine performance is Aslo good has decent power and torque its lower compared to its rivals but its plenty enough for daily usage. Its refined as well. The exhaust of the new CB 300 R sounds good to compared to last model. Also its a fairly light weight bike and that makes it easy to Ride and handle . But thier are some issues. Apart from IMU based ABS it doesn't have any other features like Bluetooth connectivity, traction control, navigation etc. Even the CB350 hness gets it. For the price its not feature rich compared to its rivals. Then it only gets 9.7 litter fuel which not makes it a best choice for touring. Then the mirrors are useless , they are small and field of vision is poor. Then last its little bit over priced. Still its a good choice for those who want something unique looking bike thats easy to Ride.

Cb 300 is a good bike and I personally like it. The existence of d390 at that price is the difficulty for honda. So Honda must drop its price in order to sell in good numbers. Drop the price by 30k or to the previous price, can do wonders for this bike. Duke 390 and Cb300 are much more expensive to buy in the us /uk compared to india.The price gap is also comparitively higher, Still they pick duke 390 as the better motorcycle. Now in India even though cb 300 is less expensive than abroad, The pricing of d390 makes it much more appealing. Comparing the prices in India, the d390 looks much more appealing.

It's been 1000km since I started riding 2019 CB300R in Canberra brought used. Absolutely a sweet bike from my point of view to ride in Indian conditions. I am getting constantly 30kmpl with 98 octane. Absolutely a Flicker, Looker, Zoomer. What else you want for $6000 with Japanese reliability. I wish I can use this on Indian traffic among 250cc the bike is an absolute King. But in Canberra living in 650-1200cc territory feel like a rat but actually a cat with traffic speed limited to 80 KMPH with intermittent signals. Have a good time on Road with anything on 2 wheels. For both cb 300 and duke adv 250 you were suggesting cruise speed around 100 kph. Among these two which one you will suggest for highway rides and also for daily commuting.

Both are good for highways. Infact ADV feels much comfortable for h/w. But I will suggest CB300R for city use. So its basically a call. If you are tall enough to handle the height of Adv, then go for it. Otherwise CB300 :)

I am 5.10" and will choose ADV250 ... more ground clearance, more comfy, large seat both for rider n pillion, better instrument cluster, looks big, cost less, better service, reliable enough for 5 years ... comfortable in city too.... If you are short rider n want highway cruising in 100kmph ..then buy cb350 ...better value bike than cb300r ....

When you compare 300r against Duke 390,RR310,G310: Duke 390 is an aggressive bike it meant for high speeds. You could not ride it in slow speeds in higher gears, this will tempted you to attain high speeds and get fuel economy. In the case of RR310, it's coming with the badge of TVS, there is no comparison with the brand image of TVS and Honda When you are at G310 you will get the premium feel of BMW. But the service cost of BMW will be Higher compared to 300R. I think 300R is more refined.Less Service centre's of BMW also an issue.
