i don't know. Seeing a lot of western made reviews and most really love the new design. So it's not really an unpopular opinion. I also love this more matured, premium look. 10th gen front and back is too overdesigned for me.

rs is for asia only. in europe they sell only the 5 door hatchbacks. here ins us they have about 6 models lx, ex, ex-l, sport, sport touring, hatchabacks, the si is about to be released. the type r is next year

We have a review of the 2020 Mazda 3 here, though they just introduced a host of updates for the 2022 model year, including a first-ever e-Skyactiv-G mild hybrid variant: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZbXoqqEf65motU Both cars are currently at the top of their game, with both cars offering a premium and feature-packed interior. The Civic RS is faster, while the Mazda 3 (in theory) should be more fuel efficient due to its electrified powertrain. The Civic is more spacious, however, compared to the Mazda 3’s, though it’s not really what we’d consider as cramped. Exterior design is very subjective, so this should depend on the buyer’s tastes. TL;DR - Both cars are really good and you can’t go wrong with any. I guess the main advantage of the Mazda 3 from a cost perspective would be its free maintenance for 5 years.
