That's pretty courageous. Cool video, and very useful for those of us considering a purchase. My main concern about this model is my fear of annoying other motorists, but as long as it can keep up on back roads, the Navi is viable, I guess. Thanks!

i live in a high traffic city and no problems in the city , a navi can keep up with traffic . when i go on highways not freeways 😁 I have no traffic problems at all . when a car is behind me I go on the shoulder and let car go by and i go back to the traffic lane. i ride on highway at 40 - 45 mph. With plenty of throttle left. P.S. I'm 77 yrs old. Just stay super alert .

P.S. my navi has 2,600 miles.on it with 0 problems so far. its a 2022 , I plan on getting another one. I do all my own maintenance on mine . KZbin is great for learning how to do maintenance.

Great video, nice editing. Beautiful winter scenery as well. I don't know how you can ride in cold weather like that. My legs always get cold, lol. Can't wait to see more adventures!

We greatly appreciate the feedback! Wearing a layer underneath the jeans helps, but honestly a good pair of multi-season riding pants is the way to go. This ride was very cold at the end lol. Thanks for watching!

Groms are perfect for long rides, I never take the highway. Had a 2014 Grom back in 2014, sold it to buy a bigger bike, sold the bigger bike because I I hated it, got me a CB300R. Crashed the CB300R into a deer at 60mph, now the CB is dead... So I'm going to buy a new Grom soon, back to basics and pure fun 😊

@@armchairbikerstv Great stuff man! Quick question tho: how much do you weigh w all the gear and how fast were you able to go on flats?
@armchairbikerstv Жыл бұрын
@@ericg.7053 Probably around 230lbs with gear and the Navi is still capable of 45mph maybe 50mph on flat roads. We have experienced that the Navi is noticeably slower than the Grom but of course that is to be expected. The cool part is that you can always just ride down the shoulder and let people pass as you see in the video. Thanks for watching!

You had me curious when you said Tug hill. I live in NYC and obsessed with getting a honda Navi. How do you prevnt it from getting stolen. Any good locks. I want one just for going on small trails. Just worried as I have kids and dont want to crash. Any advice. Would love to throw it in my pathfinder and explore Catskills NY upstate.

This is literally the worst way to break a new Navi in, they want different rpm ranges, and it says no long constant throttle, especially during break in period. I wish you the best sir, but don’t be surprised if your Navi has issues in the future
@armchairbikerstvАй бұрын
@@Sunandstar13 Believe us we’ve had plenty of these small bikes and they have all been ridden wide open most of the time, these small engines are very tough especially with frequent oil changes at least every 1,000 miles or even sooner when they’re brand new.

They say these are faster once you are over 1500 miles on them. Do you think that is true ??
@armchairbikerstv Жыл бұрын
We don’t have 1500 miles on this bike yet, but like anything once it’s broken in it’ll open up a little bit, however I believe the break in is much shorter than 1500 miles on a small engine like this

Aren't you worried that you were going a bit hard on it? The break in period is like 300 miles right? What harm can be done by driving it hard like this with like zero miles on it?
