Rev, I went to the demo 2 weekends ago. Super impressed with the chief bobber dark horse. Sport mode can get quite insane. Great bike. My only concern is aftermarket support , not too many options available

I don't think it's as pretty as the M8 Softail Slim or the Deluxe but i like the almost gooseneck look to the Chief frame and the fact that it's a true air cooled engine, no oil cooler radiator at all though Harley does a clean looking oil cooler. Any idea what the suspension is like vs the Softail single shock? Kind of surprised Indian didn't go with the modern single in the back.

A little over 1,800 miles on the Chief Dark Horse so far. Thing rips, yeah, but the handling is what gets me every. single. day. I’ve ridden the new Rebel 1100, plenty of Softtails and Dynas, plenty of Japanese bikes of all kinds. Haven’t found one that handles in such a satisfying manner! Impressed so far! Sport mode is stupid fun and dangerous if you’re not ready for the jump haha.

I've had 2-3 of those on my 330kg cruiser and those were cheek-clenching moments. And that digital gauge throws the styling off. You want class and style...and then put on a Samsung smartwatch. Great video! I'm looking to upgrade bikes. I purchased have a 2011 HD sportster 1200XL, which has been a great bike to learn how to ride on. I'm privy to the bobber style classic cruiser bikes. I'm 6'3, 230 - so I'm a bit big for the current bike I'm on, and am looking to also get a bit more of a punch on the bike for the 30 minute commute to work on the highway. I feel like the smaller bike I'm on gets blown around a little bit whenever we get winds (live in Wyoming, they can get crazy) - and it feels like I'm lacking a bit of power when it comes to really getting up to speed when I need it. I'm for sure going to test ride one of these soon as I can get close to an Indian dealer. Would love other recommendations based on that tid-bit if anyone wants to drop me something - it'd be greatly appreciated!
