Infiniti is definitely my preference , looks a bit more aggressive and the styling is better. Lexus does make some impressive vehicles but Infiniti takes this one.

Ambient/welcome lighting: Different trim packages have different interior lighting. Incredibly nice vehicle. It has been awhile since Infiniti stepped it up and when they do, great vehicles like this hit the market. The new interior and transmission are what many of us have been looking for. I like it Top notch attraction, reliability and functionality - ready to go take care of business in luxury and style. Havent been this keen on Infiniti since my qx4 - bulletproof luxury...those that had one know what I mean. The qx55 looks good...it can use a 6 cylinder/real transmission optioned model if the body can handle it.

The Infiniti is an all new redesign and this Lexus model is obviously on the way out. Hard to compare as they aren't the same generations. The new RX coming out next year will be a better comparison

Went from Lexus RX 350 (was very happy) to the Infinity QX60 (2023). Love the nine speed transmission (super smooth), as well has the somewhat tighter tuned suspension. Very happy with the switch.

I test drove the Lexus model reviewed and felt like I was in a station wagon. Also when I compared the tech and upgrades or standard tech/ luxury features available (as well as the leather options) the Infinity totally won me over. I feel like this Lexus was solid quality, dependable choice though. It just didn’t wow me and that’s the feeling I want when purchasing 60K vehicle. I plan on purchasing the Infiniti. I can’t decide between captain chairs or the second bench row but if you want bench row you can’t get the two tone exterior so that’s a bummer. I also like that Acura MDX offers a second row bench that you can turn into 2 captain chairs by removing middle seat easily.

I asked one of the reviewers and thwy answered me that they found no ambient light in the car settings. I mean, even if they did. Its very un noticeable. Its a deal breaker for me. @@Passportbros8 yeah you are right. I saw it in a teaser, it shows the ambient mounted underneath the wood trim, but it's not noticeable. I guess maybe the '+ / - button' which is on the right side of left side vent is for dimming the lighting levels? maybe that controls the cluster and ambient lighting both? or maybe they forgot 🤣

I test drove both. Infiniti felt far better and the 3rd row of it is significantly bigger. RX 350L has a 3rd row for under 10 year old kids only. Not worth calling it a 3rd row.

This 2022 Lexus interior looks sooo old and dated.. no digital dash, small screen between the gauges, no 360 view, no rear shades, 3rd row right upto the 2nd row - really??!? how even kids are going to squeeze in there, 0 leg room?

Definitely the Infiniti. You didn't even show its HUD. Didn't really point out captains chairs vs bench (leaving us to notice for ourselves from the video isn't helpful) and didn't point out rear seats were heated. Don't think you pointed out the massaging seats. The towing package also includes a transmission cooler which will help prolong the transmission life. Overall cubic feet space seems bigger (but who's to know since you didn't mention it).

Why take a risk on a unpopular brand like Infiniti with a low resale value. Go with the Lexus! Everyone knows that any time you see that Lexus logo, you know you’re dealing with top-of-the-line luxury that has a high resale value and not to mention time tested reliability. Many people are unaware that this specific Infiniti model is what the company is using to rejuvenate the unpopular Infiniti brand and they are practically copying the RX 350 in many many ways to compete. So why go with a competitor when you can have the original brand with the Lexus.

I have a 2005 Infiniti FX35 that I thoroughly enjoy. Runs flawlessly and haven't had issues. Don't know why thet discontinued this. Fun to drive. Lexus makes ugly vehicles, that grill is hideous. And who in the hell wants wood trim when Mercedes and BMW have sporty interiors, like Infiniti"s, and are now adding cool lighting accents that you can change the color of? Infinitis are the sexy bikini fitness pros, and Lexus is your great grandma who knits baby booties.

The 3.5, 295hp engine has been on the QX60 for a few years now, don't understand why he said that Infiniti had to raise it 5+hp when my 2017 QX60 has that same engine with the CVT transmission 🤷🤷🤷 Actually, I wish Infiniti made more performance improvements like 315+hp, actual dual exhaust system, possibly adding a turbo to it since their QX50 were equipped with them
