2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk Review: Not Best in Show, Shines All the Same

Insanely expensive. Should have a much better power train for that price. Interior is the best in its class but as you pointed out, there are so many shortcomings with this vehicle especially at that price

Thankfully, the 2023 North-American version is coming standard with 4WD, and they are also giving it a standard 2.0L Inline-4 cylinder gasoline engine paired with the ZF 8-speed. Finally ditching the troubled 2.4L Multi-Air Tigershark engine and 9 speed transmission. It should be a blast to drive with that engine - maybe the fastest in class?

Thanks for the kind words! I think the turbo motor introduced last year is a good fit for the Compass.
