i really like that todd is making noticeable improvements to his figures, like more range in the torso and trying to making the balljoints in the wrists and ankles better to look at. it seems like hes taking the criticism hes getting and trying to make them better which i really respect. hes also doing more unique characters that arent batman related like this figure and necron of all people. i really hope they keep him on for a while so he can really master it because he’s definitely getting a lot better compared to those first couple waves.

Yeah I mean don’t get me wrong, I love Batman so I’ll take Batman all day long, but it as really nice to see this whole summer showcase and even the announcements from the last few months be mostly brand new characters to the multiverse line, or at least characters we haven’t gotten in their iconic looks. Orm, Necron, Deathstroke, Static, Scarecrow, Bane, Talon, Kyle Rainer Deathstorm and Atrocious from the blackest night wave. It’s been an excellent few months lol

I grabbed the Black Adam, and yeah…he’s a contender for favorite figure of the year. I actually love the more comic book style proportions, and you can even get him in really cool and menacing poses. So yeah, I feel like Todd really is listening to fans. The whole wave looks good.

Man I just opened my Page Punchers Superman and holy cow, it's one of the best Superman figures ever made, and im not even a big Superman fan. Feels so good getting a flight stand, card and a full comic with a figure. McFarlane is really winning ne over lately.

Have been hoping to see something from The Sandman universe in this line. The Constantine is a beautiful fig and, at least here in Denver, really hard to find. I picked up the first one I found (at Target) and have not seen him anywhere else, ever, out here. Glad I got him when I did.

Was wondering how the pentagram thing was going to work. Neat that they made it a swap-able hand. They should have done something similar with the 2 Dr. Fate figures. And that doesn't look like a cigarette in John's hand! I'm assuming there probably isn't much of a market right now for Preacher figures, but the old DC ones they put out didn't do that series justice. Would be pretty cool to see at least Jesse. Saint of Killers with his trademark double knives too, lol.

What I’m guessing is that this whole Mcfarlane x DC Direct lineup is gonna be used to give us some characters that maybe wouldn’t sell as well in your average action figure aisle but would sell really well with collectors. So I think there’s a good chance that we’ll see some preacher characters eventually especially since Mcfarlane is starting to delve more into the magical/supernatural side of DC.

Jolly good review Shiz. Regarding hand size, the “smoking” hand is lined up to the bottom of the dark magic hand wrist, making the dark magic hand look larger. Never mind the bollocks😂

Dig this one. Hoped the headsculpt would be better but it's good and needed in the line for sure. Love how Toddy Mac sneakily makes tweaks to the figures for things that are essential so we can add later. If Todd would add extra hands and 1 extra headsculpt with every figure he would be unstoppable at this market level. Hopefully that happens.
