Go for it, I also bought my first HD Low Rider S, with 117 motor and I love it, I replaced the to accommodate it with a passenger seat and back rest to make the wife happy and comfy. It's really a great bike with a lot power to push rig to the limits. It runs so smooth and very easy to handle. This is an awesome ride to have and enjoy..............Loving my Low Rider S

I almost forgot to mention this... I decided to ride my Fatbob stock during the warranty to get a good idea why Harley Davidson designed the motorcycle exactly the way they did. After that I changed the seat, moved the license plate with tail light under the rear fender, a Screaming Eagle air cleaner, and a Road Rage exhaust. I rode it around for a few weeks and then had the Master Tech dyno tune it. I also had to add a removable back rest for my wife to keep up with me. Now I believe the Bassani to be too loud when I ride aggressively. Tipical gas mileage for me is over 50 mpg while riding mostly in third gear on two lane roads.

And let the disappointment begin. When not if you make a warranty claim you will hear my words. Research crank run out issues and then sell it. My fatbucket has been in the only brand new bike i bought out of 9 bikes. The most poorly manufactured machine ive owned and the most expensive. Check out kevin baxters channel on youtube.
