Its an engine made for traveling. Excellent fuel economy and range, and having 330 hp is no slouch either, and not to mention the natural high NM of the diesel; 700 NM of torque, for comparisement thats only around in the 100 NM difference than what the big dogs like AMG,M and RS have. Diesel is a perfect choice if u do alot of km/miles, I just dont understand why someone who does alot of traveling would get a petrol, ure not going to be racing anyone on the roads. Even the new 300d engine with its 2.0 hybrid delivers 285 hp from a 4 pot hybrid diesel, really insane where we got.

Ich muss sagen die Diesel Hybriden von Mercedes haben mich schon überzeugt. Die 300PS und 700NM sind auch immer da, Verbrauch im Ort eig immer nur Elektisch und auf der Bahn 5-6l trotzdem Bleifuß und 200+

Probably my favourite car, the I6 is so incredibly strong it doesn't need to work very hard so the fuel economy is insane, and it's a diesel so the torque is just outta this world. Shame they cost so much.

75% Tank und nicht mal 500km Reichweite? Bei mir hat der da noch locker 800km vielleicht eher 870km. Und auch krass wie der Balken in den paar Minuten runter geht.

Ja, allerdings sind die 400d bei Europcar eher selten anzutreffen. Ich hatte vor gut 2 Monaten ebenfalls eine fast neue weisse E-Klasse Limo von denen bekommen, allerdings als 220d. War aber damals auch ganz nice mit AMG Paket usw. Einen 6 Zylinder Diesel hat Europcar eher mal bei den Audi A6 Modellen, aber seit Corona & Co sind die auch eher den kleinen 4 Zylinder TDi‘s gewichen mit 163 PS

Aus Erfahrung: Nein, die Probleme bestehen ab Werk nach wie vor. Aber wenn man genug nervt, bekommen sie es schließlich in der Werkstatt in den Griff (durch Justierung des Panoramadaches und Neuausrichtung der Windschutzscheibe). Edit: Dafür hatte ich aber bei der Vor-Mopf gar keine Probleme mit Windgeräuschen. War ein herber Rückschritt.

Das kann doch nicht so schlimm sein, außerdem ist das keine S-Klasse also bitte nicht so anstellen sonst ist der Wagen bestimmt sehr komfortabel.

fahre die vor-mopf-version als 400d - ohne business doppelverglasung (leider). Aber ich muss sagen, ich kann mich eigentlich auch bei 200km/h sehr gut mit meinem Beifahrer unterhalten. Danach muss man schon ein wenig deutlicher sprechen. Möchte mir gar nicht ausmalen, wie leise es dann erst mit dieser Doppelverglasung ist xD Aber naja, jeder hat halt ein anderes Empfinden für die Definition von leise, weswegen man keine pauschale Aussage treffen kann 🙂 Ich persönlich bin ultra zufrieden.

@@Seikou27 Ja, die Vor-Mopf war in der Hinsicht wirklich großartig auch ohne Akustikverglasung (in meinem Fall: E53 T-Modell). Bei der Mopf haben sie aber irgendwie Murks zusammengebaut. Seit über einem Jahr ein Kampf, das zu korrigieren. Inzwischen sind "wir" immerhin so weit, dass die extremen Windgeräusche erst bei 240/250 einsetzen, aber der Weg dorthin war lang. Und wie gesagt, ich rede nicht von dem normalen Rauschen, dass sich mit zunehmender Geschwindigkeit natürlich verstärkt. Hier geht's um Geräusche, die eher danach klingen, als würde sich das Dach einen Spalt öffnen.
