The Orbea Rise is a 140mm travel bike, front and rear. It's not a150 mm fork, as I say in the video. The H15 is 150 mm front though.

I have an M Rise with 1 year and 4.000 klms. Very happy with this trail bike!

Picked up an H30 earlier this year and really enjoy it. If you are a tinkerer and picky about what you like on your bikes, I think this is the version to get. I’ve done a bunch of upgrades picking up parts on sale and have it now spec’d better for me than the H15 for around the same price

Thanks for the video, excellent as always, I have a doubt, how would the Orbea Rise H perform with a standard EP8 motor instead of the EP8 RS? I heard you explain that with a small battery it could damage it, but with a 540wh? Thanks!

Did you get any clarification around the EP8RS software? Is the software the same with only power and torque limits or has RS a totally different software? I imagine E-tube update would be tricky if the software differs between the motor versions?

I was told only max power/torque was different, but I'm not sure they really knew what they were talking about. But after having ridden the alloy Rise that was lacking the RS software at 63Nm and comparing it to a carbon Rise with the RS sw, they seem very similar. So I guess it could be correct, nothing different but max power/torque.

Are the batteries removable easily for charging?

Hmm, did I forget to mention that... :-o No, the battery is fixed.

But it isn't glued in or anything. You can remove it for servicing

Lovely bike. Would trade my turbo Levo for it!👍

That's my dilemma at the moment. I have the 2022 levo with the 700Wh battery. My friend jus got the Rise H10 last friday. We rode together on Saturday and he kept asking to ride my bike. He actually rode my Levo longer than his brand new bike. I loved the Rise. Lighter than the Levo, easier to maneuver, more nibble. At the end of the ride he proposed to trade bikes. It is very tempting.
