unless the fc is poorly designed the BMI gyros can be dialled in pretty well... most of the good presets eg the 'karate' tune have options for it

Maybe I built them poorly but I wasn’t able to get any of my BMI quads running smoothly and they were VERY unhappy on karate

Nah you wouldn’t have built it poorly you know what your doing.. I think those iflight fcs don’t have enough 3.3v filtering on the gyro supply. We are working with them to get it sorted.. unfortunately you can’t just take the bmi and bang it on the same LDO as an mpu6000 design…

I have a BMI270 on my setup, fly LOS, and I can't tell that it's "bad". Feels fine to me. I think people got upset when they saw the lower gyro/pid loop frequency thinking that was going to make it suck. It looks like the data is still high quality even though the frequency is lower. But, I'm not a god-tier pilot, so what do I know.
