Ernesto, good to see you my friend. I know you feel the auto start stop is a pain in street driving but that’s what it’s for, start, stop traffic. Come to light, engine shuts off. Saves fuel. One thing I might be able to suggest. After you’ve started the truck up on a cold start, don’t put it in drive until the RPMs are under 1000. That’s what I do and have had no issues. But I have a 2020 Longhorn. And I believe the GT package comes with 3.92 gears, so the fuel economy won’t be as good if it had 3.21 gears. The TRX will get even worse fuel economy but that’s the nature of the beast with a truck that has 702 horsepower. Nice video content, take care.

I just picked up my '22 Rebel in January. I've put a little over 4000 miles on it and I gotta say, this truck is a Beast! Living in Pennsylvania, I agree with you on the auto-start/stop system. When it's cold, at times, it does shake at stop lights. When I go any place now, I just turn it off. Other than that, I just love it!

My rear parking sensor is sooo sensitive. Sometimes just backing up on an incline will engage it :/

Thanks for the updated video, I enjoy your reviews on the truck. My GT is identical to yours and I've been dealing with the shaking issue as well, very annoying. I've also had to send it to the dealer twice already for issues with the rear parking sensors and the 12 inch touch screen. You are right on the U-Connect also I love the truck, but I'm getting a little tired of some of the issues and the performance is a little underwhelming for an upgraded GT package. I'm in the DMV area as well, what dealers are offering those buy back prices? I may be interested in moving on. Thanks again man.

Its unfortunate you went through the same thing I went through. On a positive note, I have not had any issues with the UCONNECT system once I had Ram assist help with the issue. I have same issue like your, rear paring sensors, back up camera and gear shifter making noise when parked brake is pressed. I bring back to the Dealership and they said gear shifter it normal.

Hey, Thanks For the review. Yes, I've put 545 miles on my 22 rebel, I absolutely love, it ( not a gt,) . I feel your pain, I tryed Android auto, for an hr, and I gave up, it would not stay connected. It's fustrating, but I don't really care about my phone, like some peeps do, so as long as the Radio works good ( it does, knock on wood) I'm happy.

I have yet to drive the truck at night yet, the rebel is a play truck so it's not my daily driver. I love the big moon Roof, I open it every time I drive the truck. And, yea, the sound system is amazing. The rebel is the newest truck I've ever owned. I've never had a vehicle new then 1998, so this is a very nice upgrade for me. I keep vehicles for 15 to 20 years at a time, I plan to do the same with the rebel.

My night edition rebel shipped Saturday and I can’t wait! I would have gotten the Gt however I need the console space for equipment related to my job so I couldn’t do the console shifter.

The GT''s have a nice 390 gear so you get that torque off the line & more so if you hit tow mode where it holds a gear longer nice truck enjoy it id get it ceramic coated at a reputable detailer

I got my ram GT 2 weeks ago🙌 it has like 500 miles on it, yeah so far no issues on the screen and I too recommend not using the auto start unless you really need to

I wish FCA would put the 6.4 in a 1500. I don't want a 2500 and nothing else they offer the 6.4 in will tow my 6000 lb Jeep and 3000 lb trailer. If they would offer the 6.4 in the Gladiator I would gladly trade in my 2019 1500 Limited. I woukd live to pull a doorless Jeep I'm a doorless truck.
