2022 Sonata Hybrid, High Voltage Fault

Hey guys so we have an interesting car sonata hybrid customer complain lack of power and warning lights in the cluster. So in this video I did some high voltage system test, and by following and understanding the fault we able to figure out the problem of the vehicle. I wished the insurance company went ahead for the repair so that we can see the fix. Thanks again for dropping by.

Great job brother,,seems this is not a Hyundai problem ,it's a customer that drove through a flood. I have a 2023 sonata hybrid and it's a fantastic car, but electric and water never mix well.

@@TommyG11814 in my opinion i think yes, since they started implementing since 2013 sonata hybrid, for sure they made some improvements, and yeah also you cant help if theres one or two cars has some weird issue and i think thats all for the manufacturers.

Bro I need help with my 2015 genesis 5.0 . The AEB light came on and even with it AEB deactivated the light stays on and I can’t get it into gear. Also I can’t get the calipers to release pressure to change the brake pads. I can’t get into a dealership because they’re all boom out 30-60 days.

I think that model the parking brake is the shoes in the disc drum. Most likely that its seized. Usually if part available for replacement and if the cable.is seized we cut them so that we can just turn the wheels.

Hi, please. Where’s the location of 12v battery in this sonata model? I have startup issue when leave the car 2 days only.

I believe its in the hybrid battery. Underneath the rear seat.

Im not sure, but insurance decline the work. And for the water inside the car, customer mentioned that either they went thru the water or they parked somewhere and water went in.
