So glad I grabbed a new STI during Covid sales in ‘20. The STI is a great Subaru.

I dont like the reliability of a boxer engine, my friend have a 2019 WRX since last year and already replace his transmission one time and almost blown a engine. I hate oil and fuel alcoholic engine, but yes i agree they are really good machine especially in winter season. I am currently waiting my 2023 Hyundai Elantra N manual, yes it is not AWD car, but i dont care i want some crack and pop whitout spending money on a exhaust x)

Except the VB wrx is better than VA WRX's and STI's in every way . Stock 22 wrx's are out pulling stock 21 STI's

@@joiryde1328 I dont like the rear end of the brand new one WRX and i can't find an older generation because of the popularity of the brand in my country (i see WRX and STI every time). And i prefer to purchase the Elantra N because i dont wanna spend thousand of money just to make the engine growl more loud and that's a feature that the Elantra N have. Every boxer engine are not super reliable, i know that hyundai engine have some trouble but it's not about oil like subaru. Anyway i just want a fun car to play with and the Elantra N is my choice.

@GHOSTER They are pretty reliable unless you tune the crap out of them and abuse the car.

Only Subaru could take a 2.4L, 270 HP turbo four cylinder and give it the MPG of a 420 HP 3.6L turbo V6.

Fr why is it so bad, also which car are you referring too?

Would that 420 hp V6 have continual AWD? I'm guessing not

Flat 4's have bad fuel economy, it's just the tradeoff they have for the lower engine placement

So far, loving my 2023 WRX 6speed. Purchased not as a daily, but as a fun weekend runabout, the WRX has not let me down. Quick verging on fast, very flat with very linear power delivery and no peaks and valleys like the last generation 2.0L DIT engine, the new chassis also feels tighter and lower than before despite more room and size and literally just a few extra pounds. Fuel consumption is no where near by daily-driver, 2020 Accord 2.0T Sport, but it is what I expected nonetheless. Very fun, very drive-able and very, very tossable.

Nice car. Maybe even a little too refined? Then again there’s a big aftermarket for these.

Does anyone else have trouble watching these silent review videos? It's oddly grating, almost like eating with people in silence. All the noises like chewing, drinking, and using cutlery become unbearable. Just wondering if I'm the only one, lol.

Does the video say review anywhere? The whole point of these videos is to get a sense of what it's like driving the car
