I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Nice to see some real life moments. The cleaning videos are fantastic but this was much more personalized and I enjoyed it. Nice to visit with someone who is a friend. I enjoyed seeing the horse too. As for starting my day, I am up early and get my routine done by 1 pm. After that it is my time to do whatever I want. Have a wonderful trip to Hawaii. It is a gorgeous place....enjoy!

Tex is a beautiful horse!! Thank you for sharing him with us. I could tell he was happy to see you. I spend about an hour to an hour and a half doing daily chores then can do whatever I want, go shopping, visit friends or just chill with a movie, show or hobby. But I’m an empty nester so I don’t have to worry about entertaining the kiddos. 😂 I’m in the process of planning an engagement party for my daughter and her fiancé here at the house so there’s a little bit more to do right now! I liked this type of video, it kind of mixed it up a bit.

Great video! I get the most done in the morning. I love getting up early and enjoying my first cup of coffee on the porch listening to the birds. I’m catching up on my video watching. Had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. Just starting to get back to a routine. We’re empty nesters and retired. (Ages 64 and 66) I do remember the busyness of having kids….and trying to keep busy during the summer.

Hi Katie & Happy Tuesday! Ioved this video. You have a beautiful horse. Great idea to invlove the kids to help you shop! Since I still work full time outside of the home, I dont have a planned cleaning or errand schedule. I just have to get things done when I can get them done. I tried a schedule and sticking with it, but it gave me such anxiety. All I would do is think about what I had to do on my schedule the next day and it became so overwhelming. So I just do what I can when I can. I actually do a little every day to maintain. Thanks for sharing ! Have a great trip to Hawaii. Enjoy the rest of the week.

Stay at home mom guilt is terrible. I was home with both of my boys (19 & 24 now). We should never feel like that. If you are home with the kids you typically are the "main" parent and also shoulder most household responsibilities. This is the foundation for family! It is a big job physically and mentally and quite a big job! A little relaxation is more than okay. It's necessary. Great video! Loved seeing Tex.

Most of our summer is spent in our pool right at home and we spend a lot of time in New York where 2 of our children live and also go to North Carolina where our son, daughter n law and our first grand baby lives.
