Great video Alex. Here in Portugal that Sym model isn't in the market, but I can find a cheep keeway 110 with 4 stroke semi automatic also and for about 500€. Didn't buy because the brakes don't inspire me. with a rear foot drum break. Thanks for your nice video. GREAT CONTENT

@@RideWithAlex Yes, but the prices are rising every few months. The new euro-5 honda125cc and yamaha 115cc cubs are super expensive now, almost at the same price as an 125cc scooter.

good video. vf 125 is the bike i got too. only one suggestion. When you shift down the gear (example, from third gear to second) always raise the engine speed by adjusting the throttle two times while your foot is still on the gear. Its like the opposite thing that drivers do when we go from lower speed to higher speed.

I know to blip the throttle on downshifts but somehow it was easyer to get it right on the DY125RS

It's a bit stiff for my liking but if you put some weight on it should be fine.

Which is easier to ride , the vf 125 or the Daytona dy 125 cub , or an sr 125 ?

A scooter will always be easier to ride. between the VF and the DY I really liked the foot pegs and the shifter on the DY, but everything else is much better on the VF.

Hi, I want to buy from sym sr 125 or vf 125, I like to know which can stand better on up hills with second person on it, and which can go with top speed more time, without getting wreck after some months ;

That is a difficult question to answer, try them out at a dealer and see which one works better for you, the sr and vf are 2 completely different bikes.

Major difference the rear wheel...It's much wider than usual cabs!!! Great test though.

It's the name of the first such motorcycle, the Honda Cub. They invented this style with the semiautomatic gearbox and the Honda Cub in the past 70 years has sold over 100 million units world wide. It holds the record for the vehicle with most amounts of units sold in history.

@@TheEragoon it's not a scooter since it use a rotary gear, which is the reason it have another name, moped. very very popular in south east asia. i own sym vf 125i but here call Sport Rider 125i

Do you know 4 years ago how much was the Daytona DY you drove before? Only 1300 €. Euro 4 ruined it all and these kind of bikes must be cheap. You can't called it like this when is almost 1700 € in Greece and 2000€ in Romania.

@@TheSourtougal Εγώ προσωπικά έχω κάνει 400 χιλιόμετρα στρώσιμο μέχρι 5000 στροφές. Υπάρχει μεγάλη κατανάλωση καυσίμου. Και σφυρίζουν οι δαγκάνες με τα τακάκια πιθανόν λόγω καινούργιου συστήματος

@@TheSourtougal Δεν είχα ποτέ παπί. Έχει ωραίο σχεδιασμό. Ευελπιστώ μετά το στρώσιμο να μην έχει τόση μεγάλη κατανάλωση καυσίμου.

@@69STARBREAKER φίλε το πήρα και εγώ. Το έχω δύο βδομάδες. Έχω κάνει κοντά 280 χλμ. Το μόνο που με ενοχλεί είναι όταν βάζω πρώτη απο νεκρά που κοπανάει τόσο πολύ σαν μηχανή. Ίσως φταίει που δουλεύει τόσο ψηλά στο ρελαντί. Δεν ξέρω αν το κάνει και σε εσένα. Και δεύτερον η πινακίδια με το πίσω φτερό έχουν ένα πολύ μικρό κενό μεταξύ τους και στα μεσαία ακούγεται η πινακίδα.
