I was in a Ginter break last year and had the Cards and Braves. Got a Hank Aaron box topper rip card and a Yadier Molina rip card /99. I got an Ernie Banks, Jim Thome and Francisco Lindor stained glass minis out of the Aaron and a Babe Ruth EXT SP from the Yadi. Value wise, I should have sold them at the time unripped, but I PC Yankees so I'm happy to have the Babe SP.

This may be old news, but in the Allen and Ginter, "what's cookin" set have you all noticed each ingredient has a measurement on the back. When you get them all I think k it is a recipe for BBQ sauce. Anyway. Keep up the good work.

I started a small collection of rip cards back in mid 2000s & saved literally 20 of them cause I ran a card shop for an out of town owner & would save them for my PC whenever one popped up. Unfortunately as an idiot in my 20s who drank a few beers from time to time, I got drunk one night & ripped them all. I think I lost 75% value vs I'd I would've left them sealed and sold. moral of the story, dont drink & rip, kids..😁

The Ted Williams card is wrong. DiMaggio won the 1947 AL MVP Award. I like the design, may need to pick up a few packs soon.

I like A&G but I'm going to pass this year. It'll scratch my set collector itch too much and it adds up. I'm waiting for Heritage High Number and I might try my luck at Bowman's Best whenever that comes out as final shots at this rookie class. These A&G full-size inserts do look good, though. New Jersey vs. Everyone was actually legit funny. Congrats on the rip card.

Ginter is usually a fun open… except that year that my “hits” were, I swear to god, an SP of an actor, a card that turned into flowers or something if I planted it and a numbered picture of a bird. I though I was being trolled

DONT BUY this paper trash..wait till allen a ginter Chrome. Same with Update Chrome only buy update chrome not paper update..save your money. Paper allen a ginter and paper update is released 2 mos ahead of the same set in chrome to get you to buy the paper..then you'll buy the chrome. Save and buy update chrome and allen a ginter chrome. Topps marketing at its finest to get you to buy both paper and chrome.
